Rack Collapse Prevention (RCP), having previously completed a large installation at a Burton upon Trent site some four years prior, has just finished a further installation as part of the site’s health and safety policy.
This latest installation covers several additional racks added by a UK-based specialty chemicals manufacturer to their existing warehouse operations.
RCP safety systems align with and supports the warehouse and storage industry guidelines to elevate warehouse safety through proactive risk mitigation and regulatory compliance to
identify structural vulnerabilities, with RCP systems physically preventing catastrophic failures, and creating a multi-layered defence against racking collapses.
Flexible, durable, proven, and installed in numerous warehouses and storage facilities across the UK, Ireland, Europe, and further afield, RCP’s safety systems are suitable for ambient, chilled, and frozen environments and can be added to existing or new racking to offer the highest safety standards in any facility using pallet racking.
Rack Collapse Prevention’s Managing Director Craig Attwell commented: “We were delighted to be invited to extend our system to cover the additional racks.
“This latest installation was straightforward and completed in less than a day during normal working hours, and it’s reassuring to know our safety system is key to the company’s health and safety policy.”
